Heating Element : Silicon Carbide Heating element been placed horizontally both side wall of the vertical mounting inconel vessel.

Furnace along with Lifting & Cooling system :
Lifting arrangement incorporated with furnace for lifting of vessel before and after operation two no motor & gear for up and down to side movement with automatic and mechanical arrangement .Cooling cabinet provided for just after vessel lifting to be inserted vessel inside the cooling cabinet. |

Temperature control :
Digital PID controller and thyristor drive unit for controlling the working temperature connected with vessel’s inner side main thermocouple.One no Digital PID controller will control the heater temperature of CO2 gas at 140°C after the gas cylinder towards gas panel. |

|
|
Safety Control :
An independent thermocouple and in temperature controller will connected with the furnace. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
Control Panel :
Consists with switch, fuse, contractor, stop and start switch, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Digital PID temperature controller (4 nos) , indicating lamp. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Post Reaction Apparatus : -
One no cylindrical drum will rotate with the testing coke with a particular speed count by counter meter. |
