CONSTRUCTION :
CBC oven is double wall construction with complete inner chamber made of M.S. sheet. Outer body is made of mild steel sheet finished with high attractive stoving enamel.The 75 mm gap between two walls is filled with ceramic blanket to minimize loss of temp.The inner chamber will be fabricated with various ribs to adjust shelves to any convenient height.
Door is fitted with heavy casted hinges with a good door closing device. Adjustable air ventilators are placed on the top and back.
One no. heavy duty fan will be placed on a side of the drier for the uniform temperature inside the chamber. |

HEATING ELEMENTS
Heating elements made of high grade nicrome (80/20) resistance heating wire, which will be put inside the porcelain bead and placed at the bottom |
